My sister has applied for a passport on Tatkal...For the past few days, she has been trying to get an appointment at the Bangalore Passport office, but in vain...An agent has been telling her that she will never get an appointment directly... According to the agent, she will be able to get an appointment through him, if she pays Rs.4000....
