Gentle men "choice no vote" is the best thing to be emplimented in polling machine. Further there should a certain infrastructure of Government. As we have seen walk out of the opposites in lok sabha and vidhan sabha only for the party issue which results in obstacle in government work. I have never seen any walkout of opposits for price hike or poverty in my life. So for minister should be made with the percentage to the seats win by all parties that means stop the formula of "all ministers from only one party" coming with majority. Next period of the ministers should depends on predicided achievments(goal) that means fully corporate system.
