I have no intention of being negative. The New Lok Pal Bill is a great start.

But a parallel issue needs to be addressed too, especially when there is momentum.

The proposed Lok Pal Bill does not adequately address Sec. 197 of Cr.PC.

Sec. 197 of Cr.PC should be annuled.
