Fully agreed with sinha ji and Prakash Bajaj. The problem is the moment politicians are elected they stop thinking that they are servant and public is master. They behave as if they are master and public is slave. Administrative efficiency is eroding over period of time.

I consider 4 points to judge a government - Transparency, Responsiveness, cost-effectiveness, Availability

A government must be available all the time to it's citizens. It must be be responsive once problem is known, it's services must be cost-effective and affordable and the last is public delivery and administration must be transparent.

I wish, if our leaders adopt at least two of these, remaining may fall automatically.
