Affirmative actions are required in a country with divergent opportunities and upbringing environment for different people.

Though it is high time to change the modalities, scope and extent of reservation. I strongly advocate for multiple-indices based reservation system, with cap for reservation opportunities in one's life-cycle. This will help in shaping up of a conflict free new India with greater social and economic equity.
