the union ministry of health and medical education very cleverly done the corruption by increasing number of MBBS & MD seats in private colleges without actually undergoing mandatory Inspections before alotting permission for increase in seats.
Modus operandi of minister has been to increase seats in Govt Medical Colleges in name of low Doctor: patient ratio and not the available facilities and prerequisites in these colleges,and subsequently private colleges shall follow suit to bargain lakhs and crores with booty to him as well,
better smart move than mr Ambumani ramdoss ex minister who faces charges of corruption
