Quite Corruption Movement is the name I will suggest for the movement started by Anna Hazare.
And Party name is Chakra vyuha or Deva vyuha or Deva Chakra vyuha will be suitable for the party name (which gave success in Mahabarrat who fight for the truth).

Since if we come to power this will definatively be a democratic revolution.

Party name should be - "LOKPAL" Because Name itself is like peoples ruled party, I hope people will always remember for what reason the name you kept as Lokpal.
Moreover it will attract people to give vote to this party because the Word LOKPAL already spread across country and now less publicity required with the name LOKPAL.

Since I find a lot of similarities in you and Shaheed Bhagat Singh's ideology, why not keep the name of the party that he was an integral part of? That is "Hindustan Socialist Republican Party". Better and easy to be remembered by even some of the "not-so literate citizens of India would be its abbreviated for - HSRA.
