Please help as I am a common man who is feeling helpless due to policy paralysis of Congress government in center which resulted as decline and reverse in growth rate. But due to this reason I cant wait till govt. change.

Key Responsibilities: Controlling Marker-Project as a Branch Incharge/ State Coordinator Uttaranchal & UP
States at Haridwar branch with a manpower of 16 inspectors under my co-ordination & control.

1. Recruitment and training of persons as per the system & project guidelines. Authorizing successful trained field inspectors by issuing I-card & authority letters. To investigate against all compliance matters of branch.
2. To manage on issues of staff attendance, leaves & absenteeism, retainer contracts, office lease, salary and bills & official purchases, etc. To participate in various meetings for system control & development with OMCs.
3. To conduct Project Training, Demonstrations & presentations to clear the doubts of OMC management & officials.
4. To plan routine audits at different OMC terminals & retail outlets by our Teams/ inspectors.
5. To approve all inspector’s field bills, traveling bills & other official bills and to plan all teams field visit schedules.
6. Auditing inspectors time to time, to check their job responsibilities & integrity. To manage supply/ distribution and delivery of Marker, Test kits, chemicals and other equipments.
7. In case of sample failure during Marker test, hard instructions to collect & seal failed samples immediately & complete all post failure reports by mentioning Tank dips, Product quantity etc.
8. Instructions to check Tanks and nozzles position, pipeline system through site maps.
9. After completion of sample sealing activities, advise to stop Product sale till joint witness test, after proper information through Marker Test Failure reports to State/ regional OMC authorities coordinating with our Head office also. Submition of failed sealed sample to the respective divisional office to mutually agree for joint test.
10. Finally to attend the joint witness test for failed sample at OMC regional laboratory. Preparing & circulating a report for the same Joint Witness Test.
11. Recommendations regarding changes in SOP and reporting formats to higher management for Project success.
12. Regular checking of stocks for field operations and deliveries & Payments follow-up through invoices.
13. Online reporting of Branch operations to Zonal & Head Office and Maintaining & updating all official files and records & Annual audit of other operational branches as per directions of zonal & head office.
14. Participating in Annual conferences regarding “project achievements” at Head Office Mumbai arranged by our OGC Business Director. Discussions on major incident reports & project issues of various states, as explained by Project team.

Appointed as a Field Inspector in IOCL Project allotted by INDIAN OIL to conduct the quality & quantity inspections (Q&Q audits) at IOCL Retail outlets (Petrol pumps) in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh State Offices by issuing Authority Letters from Indian Oil from Delhi, Panipat, Chandigarh, Lucknow, and Allahabad Divisional offices (Inspection like as Vigilance audit).
Key Responsibilities:
1 To carry out quality & quantity (Q&Q) Audits of IOCL extra care Retail outlets.
2 Check the weight & measurement seals of DU & measurement checks, Tank dips, Product quantity also.
3 Check the RO Records like density register, sales & product’s Invoices also & density of products by a set of
Calibrated and nominated Hydrometers, Thermometers, Density table etc.
4 To draw samples (three HSD/XM & six MS/XP samples from each tank) irrespective of all product tanks.
5 Sealing of samples in two stages, firstly in aluminum container and then that aluminum container is packed
In a wooden box which is also sealed.
6 To check product quantity by measuring through a calibrated five liter conical measure each nozzle wise.
7 Coding & sealing of Petrol/Diesel samples confidentially & sending to the various laboratories
For Clinical test & RON test (Research Octane Number).
8 Preparing inspection report of RO visit. Maintaining & updating all official files and records.
9 Issuing the test reports of oil samples to RO after on receiving from the IOCL laboratories.
