With reference to the do Subject mention above ,I on 07/07/2010 at about 10:00AM had given the retailer to recharge my Reliance Mobile no 9681691353 ,which he was unable to recharge in my presence due to server etc failure so I went away saying when okay do the procedure.

So on evening on returning from work when I query of still not being recharged he said no by 10:21AM he had done it….but on seeing the no we were astonished as the recharge done no. last digit was 91 where’s mine 93.

So the retailer Mobile No. 9830798376 via his customer care tried to launch the complain & transfer / Retrieve the mistaken sum which till my presence 10:30PM yesterday he was unable as All Route busy……..etc Message Voice recording repeat ion continues.

So he today 08/07/2010 early morning tried but the retailer customer care says they are unable for Rs above 100/- and too were not eager to launch the complain in these regard and give me / Retailer a Ducats No etc….Why When in Police Station too any one could Launch an FIR and its receiving is Must as per Supreme Court why in these case.

Thus similarly I too from my side on customer care no * 333 try to do the same and lastly spoke with Some Senior named Moumita Shah but she to excuse as per saying your retailer as per her record had not launch any complain which was totally false which the retailer & in Mid too I spoke with Retailer customer care 4 time but they were not ready to hear and launch the complain & give any Ducats No or Reference No..Why..??/

I Like to bring to your kind attention of some news report in TOI 1st page duration February – March 2010 that PNB Bank had transfer a Sum of Rs 1 Corer to an Soldier living in Delhi Army Cantonment via mistake and latter it was retrieve to the correct account Similarly they had done same previously of Rs 10 Corer …the PNB….In All case all were Recover and send to the correct concern Person Account Why in my case it can’t be…….Mistake by Human is Common….Do response....

Is these No1 Mobile Connection / Service / Customer & its care!!!
