Control population on war-foot base

argument is made that demand and supply ratio initiate corruption supply less and demand more. agreed. most of including politicians argue this but strangely no one speak a word about population control... key evil for all this.. demand and supply ratio we can never meet unless we counter population. we must try to control it on war foot level...
To control population, we need uniform civil code which counter minor population, but will our pseudo-secular society in the name of vote bank politics will allow this?...
other is reservation policy is also acting as tool for population increment. sc/st people thinks that there is no harm in more children since govt. will take care of us and we will get priority by way of reservation policy. Will govt. think on it? again vote bank politics comes in the picture. Reservation policy benefit should be given to those families who has 2 children only. This will help in big way to control population

it's true, present demand and supply ratio pulls corruption. But, politicians se ye ummid rakhna ki ve population control karne k kuch kadam uthaenge, bemani hogi. They convert Bangladesies and Nepalies in Indian to increase their vote bank. Then how can they try to stop this 'fire of jungle'.
Jaha tak st/se & minors ki baat hai, unme se jyadatar jagruk nahi hote. Yaha regervation ki policies badalne ki v jarurat hai. Mujhe kuch aise muslimo se milne ka mauka mila hai jinki pariwar niyojan par apni ray hai. Unka manna hai ki bachche to allah ki den hain. Inhe rokna uska apman hoga.
Main apki ray se sahmat hu ki do se jyada bachho wale family ko regervation aur dusri sarkari facilities nahi milni chahiye.

true, it's all about vote bank. Par koi v kanoon jabardasti lagu nahi kiya ja sakta. Kanoon banana bahut jaruri hai is bare me lekin jagrukta v failani chahiye

no need any special law only uniform civil code...
