SC is right, its procedure...and you cannot bypass court and got directly to SC for just wasted interest… nothing will happen... its very few months before reaction of coach burning riot took place, modi acquired CM office and he yet to have full control on dept... no CM gives such order when riot is on the peak... those who make allegation are having wasted interest of just minor politics...
