View about change in law

Kya police walon ko galati karne par suspend ki jagah naukri se barkhaast karne jaisa kanun banana chahiye sarkar ko?

Gentle men ! Why do you suppose that any disorder can be maintained by making law or act ? This is india and we are under english rule. Rules and regulations have their meaning in the book of law and in the mind of law professionals only. Can you guess ! how many people living in india know ipc, crpc, and other act. For what action they will be punished under section (ipc,minor act,crpc etc.). Anything people know is that if any one do some against law police will arrest them and they will be put in jail. So for I want to say only that where people do not know about the law and act then making of any type of act cannot be fruitful.

only Barkhasting is not the answer to this situation but the total system is of out dated. Once the candidate is selected he/ she feels its the ultimate achievement. But this is not the fact. The selection system,training , subjects in training, refreshes training, changing oneself as per the situation and up dating the knowledge, experimenting new techniques and the desire to add value to your job is what really wanted.
