My-cracy: The way ahead

Pillers of Democracy: 1. President 2. Prime minister 3. Lok sabha 4. Rajya sabha 5. Judiciary 6. Executive 7. Free media
We do away with rajya sabha. Lok sabha does functions of rajya sabha. Cloud takes over functions of Lok Sabha.
Ask Nandan Nilekani to stop being used by congress. Instead, help us Indians, develop a system such that the cloud takes over the functions of Lok sabha. As a result:
1. All citizens are legislators.
2. Issues are put in the cloud.
3. Issues are debated in the cloud.
4. Issues are voted upon in the cloud.
5. Executive with the help of experts will design a policy. It will be discussed, modified and final draft voted upon.
6. After it is passed by the cloud, it goes to Lok sabha.
7. After it is passed, it goes to the president.
8. It becomes a bill only after it is signed by the supreme authority, The President of India.
9. Language of English survives, because it keeps on adding new words. It keeps reinventing itself.Rigid sanskrit became extinct.
10. Democracy has failed in Vaishali 2300 hundred years back in India and 2000 years back in Rome in Europe. It has failed in Africa, Latin America And in Indian Sub-continent.
11. If democracy doesn't evolve, Autocrats will rule world once again in circa 2500 A.D.
Down with gan-rajya, welcome Swa-rajya
