Smile Executive powers to judiciary !

All the executive powers should be given to Supreme Court.
Dear friend, why should executive powers be given to Judiciary. Let the Executives and Judiciary do their respective specialised job. We as citizens must have a watch on their way of functioning and where ever required can intervene. The four pillars are perfect in democracy, it is only that the most important, the People has forget its role and power. The wrong notion perculated in the society and the most powerful pillar started thinking itself weak only because of not knowing its importance and power. We as citizen of Nation choose the members of parliament and the lapse on our part lead to the present day anachy and helplessness state of the real rulers ! The moment we realise that we only are the creator of present system, it will not take much time to change it in a way which is good for us. Jai Hind

Dear brothers and friends, I would like to add that a single body neither can do all the jobs nor could be entrusted with. Supreme Court did intervene in that as well as in some other cases. For this the other three pillars of Democracy are equally responsible. The ruling party PM dared to support an unfair person or deed in the very first place, why? One of the reasons is that none of the Executives protested and happily complied with the wrong orders. Secondly the most important pillar, we all citizens also don’t protest and the ruling party is rest assured that in the next elections also, they are going to win. The opposition of the same ideology is also praying and hoping for you to give them the same powers and opportunities. We all again and again vote for them? We feel no alternative and in fact there is none except proactive participation of our countrymen.

In my opinion what so ever happened we all are responsible for that either due to ignorance or due to our own self interests!

Now the situation is definitely going to improve due to people like you who have come forward and making us aware of all these developments through various means including, India Against Corruption rallies, anna Hazare going on fast on 5th April. To my surprise it is quite old forum and I too was ignorant of it. How pitiable the condition is you can judge by this statement of mine. I have been looking for like minded people and could not reach to any such forum for last 25 years and throughout this period felt all alone in my fight against any kind of exploitation, which is prevalent in our society.

Till majority of us do not become aware of all your endeavors, the progress will be slow. Now you people have taken the initiative to spread the awareness through various rallies at regular interval and also associating more and more people with you, the speed of materializing the reforms will also gear up. Let it be India Against Corruption or Right to Recall.

The call of the time is first to focus on awareness of general people regarding variou such forums and secondly coming together at a common platform instead of fighting among yourself to implement or include the Right to recall in the Lok Pal Bill or vice-versa.

Till you various organizations and forums don't get united by sorting out your priorities/Aims/Ambitions/differences etc.......the fight for equality and Vice less Society setup is a distant dream !!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you people are entangled more in prooving that your point is more valid and better one, you all are lossing maximum of your resources TO THE BEST INTERESTS OF CORRUPTION.

NO AMOUNT OF ENERGY SPENT BY ALL OF YOU TOGETHER IS GOING TO GET ANY SPEEDY RESULTS AND ALL OF US MAY HAVE TO WAIT EVEN FOR ANOTHER 50 OR 75 YEARS FOR A THING WHICH YOU CAN ACHIEVE WITHIN A PERIOD OF 2 TO 7 YEARS.

Choice rests with you all. Om Shanti
