Omkar Developers has broken the wall of a children's garden

Omkar Developers has broken the wall of a children's garden which belongs to Dimple Apartment Cooperative Housing Society Limited at Jerbai Wadia Road, Parel, Mumbai - 400012. They have broken the wall with clear intentions of encroaching the property. They have even verbally threatened the residents with such intentions of creating fear. This was done at 13:35 hrs on 20th January 2012. R.A. Kidwai Marg Police Station did not register an FIR when approached by Society Members and have just accepted a letter through the dispatch department.
