Corruption in U.P

Hi there,

My father is working as a clerk in electricity department of Uttar Pradesh. Due to medical reasons he was not able to go to office for almost one year regularly.so that is why he did not got his salary for last one year almost.Now he has submit all the medical certificates and completed all the formalities in order to get his salary. Now the accountant is not giving him cheque for his due salary and asking for bribe.Earlier he said ok to all the documents provided by my father but now he is making excuses all the time and not giving him salary cheque. It means my father has to give him bribe to get his own salary...sounds low

It is not for my father only so many people are suffering from this corruption.
