dear friends,
as i am a keen observer of existing system. i found a great realty that this is a war for power and luxuries, name and fame. Britishers found way to divide our nation based on religious and social diversity.later these seeds were deeply sowed by our politicians today we are segregated not by religious identity but by many other aspects society become very much self centered .this situation given a greater opportunity to our political leader they were brought us to the level of slave they represented many times .as for example; case of Rahul Gandhi vs Baba Ramdev and Anna Hazare. they have such corrupt election system that entry of an honest person a nearly an impossible so how do u visualize that they will allow a system which could check on such corrupt govt. if we want change ten must demand for provision in which the use of money and power must be banned. platform should be given by govt to communicate to public with their agenda and their accountability if they do well then assessment report will allow them for next election otherwise ban his candidature or in case of scam and fraud he has to be snt for imprisonment for life time and if severe then death penalized must be followed.

Heard so much

I have been visiting various sites reading hundreds of comments etc against corruption. Drawing room discussions, and hours after endless hours of theories, sadly, are not going to make even a tiny dent in the existing system. Fault basically lies with our society and our wrong philosophy which grants respect love and recognition to those who earn either a lot of money or a lot of power, without giving any consideration to the means adopted. Three solutions come to mind
1. long term Solution: Improve the education system so as to inculcate correct value system and a standard sense of logic and reason.
2. Mid Range: Support ANNA and Kejriwal in their figth to bring about changes in the existing system.
3. Short term-Very Short Term: Some shock treatment, some retribution some stick of the carrot and stick policy for those who fail to understand any other language.

I dont have any faith in the third one as it cuts either ways and harms more than cures. it would be a really sad day for all of us if only third option is left. But I guess that we could and should apply all of the above in judicious manner as per the situational demands.

Talking A well thought out and brief posting...

Dear Jaisingh,

A well thought out and brief posting. I like it.

Solution 1 (Long term) is not in our hands, and politicians won't do this. So, for now, it appears Utopian, though we should hope, soon, we'll have a good Government. Without hope, there's no life.

Solution 2 (Medium Term) appears to be in our hands, though how it pans out has to be seen. Let's give it our best shot!

Solution 3 (Short Term) is not even to be considered, as it could destroy democracy. And I believe, it won't work, anyway.

Let's support Anna!

Ganesan. :~)
