All graduates with excellent communication skills and excellent knowledge on networking and hardware can apply.
Proficient in networking technologies & connectivity troubleshooting e.g. TCP/IP, LAN /WAN,Ethernet,Token ring
Knowledge of basic hardware parts & about basic hardware concepts
Open to work in rotational Night Shifts
Should have knowledge on computers.
Thirst to excel and grow.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring remote live server in Windows,Aix,Linux and network devices.
Preferable Linux and networking knowledge
Deal with a wide range of products and using a powerful information database
Will support the onsite staff by providing remote assistance in problem resolution. The role involves interacting with operations within the organisation, ensuring regular support to onsite staff.
Providing remote solutions.
Need to answer the calls at Helpdesk and solve it accordingly
Take the ownership of the calls and solve it to its resolution
Solving technical issues over the phone.
Involves resolving customer queries.
Fix problems for Desktop / Laptop / Printer /Networking.
Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2003/NT/Vista & configuration options and Troubleshooting
