Job Description:

• Compliant document management for US SEC filings.
• Exhaustive study of offer documents of US based Mutual Funds, Variable Annuities.
• Extraction of investor related key information from offer documents.
• Secondary research on mutual funds, annuities, XBRL from various web sites.
• Interacting with client regarding various aspects of project.
• Willingness to work in night shifts. No night shift for females.

Desired:

• MBA/PGDBA (Finance) from reputed institutes with good academic record.
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds or Insurance will be an additional advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office is essential.
• Team Player.
• Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
