Sir, that is a good answer to punish the guilty but how, have you thought about the idea. The police should take active interests in arresting and not just this they must also interrogate them (the guilty) in closed doors only
then others will get a lesson to learn that one cant get away with corruption
easily. Sections of IPC must be imposed on them
