About Mr. Rajeev Shukla (Union minister)
Rajeev Shukla is chief of IPL, an Indian journalist and the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Government of India. He is a Member of Parliament since 2000.
He raised some charges against Mr. Bhushan of having propert in HP but i was surfing some facts and i found the following:
Doubts:
1) In his mos (DECLARATION OF ASSETS AND LIABILITIES) dated 12th July 2011. he had not mentioned his residential property in kanpur (119/501, Dharshan Purwa, Kanpur-208012.) that one he declared as his permanent address.
2) His wife has an agriculture land in Himachal Pradesh of an area 3.43 Acre
but law says...A non-Himachali cannot buy agricultural land. Since the economy of the state is agricultural/ horticultural driven, Himachal Pradesh has certain provisions under which non-Himachal residents and non-Himachal agriculturists cannot buy agricultural land in Himachal.
