time to change the system
Now, time has come to govern the country by efficient, dynamic and knowledgeable persons irrespective of him/her being a politician or non-politician.
It’s time to change the constitution that ministerial portfolio will be given to respective non-politician technocrat of that field and elected MP/MLA will act as a deputy minister. They might argue that it is not possible and they have right to put up our voters voice, but as a deputy ministers your voice will be there but you will not be final decision makers. This will have major chunk to counter corruption.
