though i am in not favor of reservation since its mere vote bank gimmick, but govt employee inefficiency is not due to reservation. sc/st might bet job for low performance in exam but that is not reason for inefficiency. real reason for inefficiency which is applicable to all non sc/st also their job security in govt. this has to be recheck.
for price rise and other evil the social scheme like manrega is totally responsible. since it needs huge money and most of them atleast 70/75% wastes in bribe. people also become lazy since they dont apply their own will to do something since they get job security from govt. recently govt stop this sc temp since no labor available for agriculture. this is applicable for full year and labor shortage remains due to this scheme. Instead this much money utilize for real infrastrucutew dev which is real root base dev and have much more benficial in long run
