Diggy Raja is a guerilla let loose by the congress. And a guerilla does what? He wantonly destroys everything. He spares nothing--good or bad. Lacerating, breaking and throwing tantrums is all he does. Commenting on the activities of a guerilla would be preposterous to say the least.
