I absolutely agree. The effort of political parties are an eye wash, if they really wanted this to be implemented, they wouldnt have delayed it or would have agreed to the recommendations of Mr. Anna Hazari, Mr. Arvind & Ms. Kiran Bedi. I am staying abroad and when people sarcastically say 'India - country of scams!' - it really hurts.
