This is just a beginning..Lets send a message to all the Politicians across India that if they stop the lokpal bill, they will face dire consequence's .It will be another Egypt.

The Jan Lokpal Bill (Citizen's ombudsman Bill) is a draft anti-corruption bill drawn up by prominent civil society activists seeking the appointment of a Jan Lokpal, an independent body that would investigate corruption cases, complete the investigation within a year and envisages trial in the case getting over in the next one year.

The draft Bill envisages a system where a corrupt person found guilty would go to jail within two years of the complaint being made and his ill-gotten wealth being confiscated. It also seeks power to the Jan Lokpal to prosecute politicians and bureaucrats without government permission.

I personally feel is 2 year is two much of time given. If this could be done in 1 year,as a special bench has to be provided to them. When the prosecution occurs .the investigation should be done by 3 different sub committee of Lokpall with out interfering each other till they come up with their respective views and each of their views should be taken care by the Lok pall committee, which will have the final word and the rest to be taken care.Meanwhile the arrest has to be made by either Army or any other body formed seperately so that its transparent.Meanwhile while if guilty the corrupt person/nnals confiscating the property should include the accounts stashed in other countries.
The bill should include all the "be-nami" holders without any materialistic evidence or background should confiscated with immediate effect and should be put on Bid.The corrupt person should undergo rigorous punishment of 25 Years and a fine of 50 Lacs.

Appreciate all the views of other members
