Introduction

I am seniormost Professor of Law in Country,Vice-President of Association of Law Teachers and Institutions,New Delhi.I suggest one judge in every district(i.e.625 out of 17000) be declared a 'Designated Judge' under Prevention of Corruption Act1988.This will expedite corruption cases and many will be punished.This will create deterrence & thus check corruption.
