Same Traffic rule for the VIPs and society people.

In our country rules are same for everyone but they follows only social people not the VIPs. just like traffic rule, any VIPs come in red light van and break the traffic signal. Nothing action is taken by traffic police but in case of social public, it gets fined by police.
so please convey this message to lokpal bill.

In my opinion same traffic rules should be applied for VIP's as well as public because it is going to effect normal people who have to attend their work places on time..if people are waiting why cant VIP's wait like normal people as VIP's are also normal human beings..
