Why janlokpal should be intoduced in the parliament without any delay

The very basic reason is that the foundation of a building to be constructed should always act like a strong base to protect and take the stress of various natural calamities and disasters and when once the foundation is made then we can construct the desired building with desired strength with the help of civil engineers.But once the foundation is made for the building we cannot alter it so easily.So in the same way,if the govt. Lokpal acts like a base foundation for the bill then we can very well imagine that how strong the building should be..........?Therefore the Janlokpal bill should be presented in the parliament as a base for the ammendment and discussions before passing of the bill.
