Post How to persuade colleges who are not allowing students to participate in processions?

Colleges in major cities of country are not allowing students to participate in the protests. Students have been trying hard to speak to the administrative officials but are being warned of strict disciplinary action if they go out of college for the processions!!
How should they pursuade the officials to allow them to participate in the movement?
Please share your suggestions:

Most of the Colleges belong to the corrupt ministers or their family members hence it is difficult to persuade them. But students are participating in the evening. I know that is not enough. We can ask them to educate rickshaw drivers, taxi drivers, bus drivers and truck drivers about what this bill is about and the power it will give them. They can also educate their helping hand in the house and people living in the slums. Though i am doing whatever is possible but we need to do more.

Dear SABEOMRU:

Rightly said!!
I feel that if college students cannot go out and join the processions, they should contribute by spreading more awareness about the Lokpal bill and its pros and cons.. prepare docs, presentations, hold discussions, make people understand what this is all about, jot down ideas, talk to media persons who can come to college campuses to hear them..
