Post TODO for next anna campaign

I suggest following things in next Anna campaign

1) Use computers net connections to assist people in applying for voter cards. I think electorates can do allthis stuff online. All we need is a compter attached with a scanner and ask people to bring relevant documents

2) Create demos and teach people on how to apply for new voter cards. We can put videos on india against corruption website and also distribute it to TV channels for wider consumption.

3) Teach people on how to change your enrollment from once
constituency to another one in case of shifting, posting, transfer. This is very important. Many people do not vote because they work and switch between companies and places all across India.

4) Ask election commission for important dates(e.g by when people should apply for voter cards e.t.c) before hand and ask election commission to deploy their assistance staff for such activities.

Entry Form

See this link or
Go to
Welcome to Election Commission of India -> Citizen Services Tab -> Create a login(you r mobile number is userid) -> it will take you to the page where you can do various things will your electorate rights. There are many kind of online application forms(You need to attach your image, scanned copy of documents e.t.c) and submit the form. Most of the fields in the forms are self explanatory. A few of them are confusing. We can take help from election commission to explain those field values to us in detail and present a consolidated form filling procedure to our audiences. We can create a video and post it ton our website or on youtube for people to follow.

We can create this video in different languages. Though i guess whosoever knows computer would prefer english as the language.
