Suggestions – finding candidate for elections

Dear Arvind et al, A few suggestions regarding modus operandi for finding right candidate for elections (cities):
Don’t seek applications for candidature for elections.
Instead, invite applications for:
Mohalla Sabha Secretary
This Mohalla Sabha Secretary would do the following:
  • Visit every house of her own mohalla.
  • List the names of the representatives of all houses in her mohalla.
  • Conduct Mohalla Sabhas of these house representatives (of her mohalla).
  • Demand from these house representatives to discover their Mohalla Sabha Representative among themselves.
Alongside there will be parallel sabha of all Mohalla Sabha Secretaries of a Ward.
These Mohalla Sabha Secretaries of a Ward would discover their representative among themselves for the post of Ward Sabha Secretary.
After Mohalla Sabha Representatives of all mohallas of a ward have been discovered in respective mohalla sabhas, the Ward Sabha Secretary would do the following:
  • List the names of the Mohalla Sabha Representatives of all mohallas in her ward.
  • Conduct Ward Sabhas of these Mohalla Sabhas Representatives (of her ward).
  • Demand from these Mohalla Sabhas Representatives to discover their Ward Sabha Representative among themselves.

THIS WARD SABHA REPRESENTATIVE WOULD BE YOUR CANDIDATE FOR ‘PAARSHAD/COUNCILLOR ELECTIONS’

Similar procedure can be followed further to the level of district, in order to discover the District Sabha Representative.

THAT DISTRICT SABHA REPRESENTATIVE WOULD BE YOUR CANDIDATE FOR ‘VIDHAAN SABHA ELECTIONS’

P. S. If this mechanism is followed, the structure of this political alternative would be automatically built up.

yes it is tedious... but in the process it is likely that people hearts will be touched deep enough to get translated into votes... without this much hardship, we should not expect winning elections against monsters of MONEY/LIQOUR, CASTE, and last but not the least, RELIGION...
