Thumbs up Corruption-Not an issue but a disease

The Britishers left the country in 1947 but took a precaution that their corrupt ideology is carried forward by their Indian counterparts. So the rulers changed but the mindset did not. Result can be seen in every walk of life.

The politican, bureacrat, and unknowingly the judiciary, the three pillars of the any democracy, devised a non transparent system complete with loopholes and having lots of delaying tactics, known as red tape, to loot the common person. We are forced to breath corruption day in and day out, in all spheres of life. The result of 62 years of this practise made the common man immune to it and the ruling trio as the master. So you pay bribe and salute the bribe taker also. The whole executive class while serving their political masters, too wholeheartedly started participating in the loot.

The leadership of people like Anna, Arvind, Kiran Bedi, has stirred the soul of common man and now the time has come for a change.

Can we resolve today, honestly, that
1. I will neither give nor accept bribe.
2. I will choose only honest member as my rpresentative irrespective of his/her party affiliation or caste creed etc.
3.I will do my duty diligently and dedicatedly and honestly.
4.I will strenthen and respect instituions of excellece and not run after suceess.
5. If by Gods grace I am able to have more resopurces than what I need, I will take all steps of equitable distribution of this surplus amongst my fellow countrymen who are less fortunate than me.
By resolving to improve myself-my family-my society-my town-my city -and my nation, I bow my head to the IDEA CALLED INDIA.

Anna, you have successfully lit the fire and now we will ceratinly take it to logical conclusions.
