Minimum requirements of Janlokpal Bill

Government is saying: Why should we accept all the demands of team Anna's Janlokpal Bill?
I want to say that Team Anna should change the language and say: these are the minimum requirements of Lokpal Bill and as an ideal Govt. they should add more good things in this Lokpal Bill without editing these minimum requirements.
