logical way of fighting Ist election

It is more practical to fight election against 15 corrupt ministers and 4-5 strong persons of C. Govt. at first stage rather than fighting more than 500 seats.
Adv.:
1. It will act as a deterrence for them and a warning for all other future ministers.

2. Such persons won't be able to campaign for other candidates as they will have to concentrate on their seats only.

3. All other opposition parties won't hesitate to help in defeating such persons.

4. Even if we are able to defeat 7-8 such persons, the success rate is going to be more than 35% (at least passing marks in our first test).
