Change in tax structure

First of all, my salutes/Pranams to Param Poojya Anna Hajareji.
I am Srinivas from Vijayawada. In my opinion, this is the right time to change the tax structure in India. First and foremost, the direct and indirect tax rates have to be reduced. Why because, because of the high rates of taxes, people are evading the taxes, which in turn leads to corruption from bottom to top in the respective departments.
For example, the service tax rate is 10.3%. In most of the services, the contractees enter with the contractors the contract with a price that in which the price is inclusive of service tax. So, most of the service providers are not registering and it leads to bribe in case of defaults. It does not effect the revenue of the service tax and also income tax later. The turnover and profit gets reduced and hence again evasion of IT and bribe.
If the tax rate is below 4%, definitely a process of tax collection will begin. It will lead to tax collections.

Please think about it and compare the other taxes such as Excise, Cutoms, VAT, Municipal taxes, stamp duty and all these finally leads to Income Tax.

Please raise hands and voice over reduction of tax rates and be part in anti corruption.
