I want to work full time on IAC in Delhi

I was out side India for 14yr, I had 17yr exp in IT, and I had worked for big MNC. I want to work full time on AC. I want to move to Delhi and contribute. I can work on Research, study, public speaking, spokes person, travel, strategy development, team building and etc.
