Except currupt politicians

We should have Lokpal at various level like Taluka, District, State and Country so that major complaints can be filtered at appropriate levels. Also we should have level according to the positions held by the corrupt person like Complaint should be accepted against PM only when he does mischievous act against country while on post where as any other complaint can be conducted when he/she leaves the post.

All should brought under the lokpal at various level like PM, MP, ministers and those who are serving directly to country at centre at country level. CM, MLA, IPS, IAS, those who are serving directly to state etc at state level. Those who are serving at district level at district level. Those who are serving at Taluka or lowe lever should cover under Taluka level Lokpal.
At every lever punishment should be defined and same for both, corrupt as well as false complainant if proved but government should not support either party but provide all required documents to both parties. This should apply to CBI and any other highest authority as well. No office should be allowed to do the enquiry against their onw men - highest or lowest category.

Government should give a reason/justify for not bringing any one whether it is PM, MP, CM, MLA, MLC, CBI etc etc under the lokpal. Government should not give just adamant reply that they don't want to do that or not necessary. They should justify the decision publically on TV, media etc. Why government should shy in bringing those under lokpal who are corrupted. What is the reason? Why MP can not bring under lokpal for misdoing in parliament - taking bribe for asking questions or take the bribe for voting.
If government is interested to bring NGO's under lokpal - let them - bring at various level. In any cases as of now also all are covered under some rules and regulation.

Yes every government, semi government, public servant should be responsible to do the work in the interest of country and common man and they should be punished if they are not working in a stipulated time. Why not? are they don't want to work for the common man? if not then they have no right to grab such position, those can resign and leave the place for true Indian who would like to work for country and common man in stipulated given time.
If MP's, MLA, MLC and all IPS, IAS, IFS are not covered under strict rule of Lokpal then they will not work for this country as all the time they will be busy in minting money doing all that they are not supposed to do while at post. They will do every thing other that their stipulated job and play internal politics instead of working for country and common man. So it is time to remind all their duties and hence they all should be covered under Lokpal at appropriate level.
Government should pass this bill and show the courage that they are for this country and common man and must form a help desk to help needy people on Lokpal and also accept complaint on Phone in local languages.
