More responsibilities for civil society
Delhi blast on 07.09.2011 demands more vigilance from civil society members. We must counter the upsurge of Islamic and naxal terrorism. I have always been warning against these elements. If we are sitting duck, a day will come when our family members will be beaten and all the domestic items will be looted by Naxalites. Please do not ignore. the incompetence is not genuine. IOt is a result of the same coruuption which has rooted deepl in the system . A policeman gets a job after paying huge sum as bribe. Why will he have any concern for the country or safety of people?.His preference will be to recover the bribe given by him.Untill corruption is abolished from all walks of the system, terrorism will continue.

Provide Professional Training to NIA members.
Create a website for NIA. Let NIA control agencies instead of American CIA controlled IT companies in India for UID-AADHAR enrollment, de-duplication and authentication and API based integration services framework development operations in India. Free investigation agencies operations & control from under Home Ministry, make them independent, with fail safe man-machine/agent destruction protocols in place with Indian President & parallel investigation agencies in case of emergency/security threat/integrity breach in any one investigation agency (from internal threats(domestic or foreign/unknown sources). |

Stop incompetent personnel
I can say with all the inputs and research that unless recruitment of incompetent personnel through reservation system is stopped, you can not improve the system. When a lethargic quotawala gets promoted over a hard working general category person, he gets disappointed and stops working hard. You may be thinking again and again I point towards reservation system but it is true.

Dear Vinay,
If all that you have is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail". While reservation is an issue we need to resolve amicably within the civil society (not giving the politician a chance to divide us, the civil society), let's not believe that once it is solved to YOUR satisfaction, most of the problems will vanish. If as you say, efficiency is an issue due to reservation, "modern management thought" says effectiveness is far more important. As long as politicians have all the power and want to suck the nation dry, the society will rot, reservation or no reservation. Please notice that I'm not taking any position on reservation because I feel it is a trivial issue as compared to the major issue of corruption and mis-governance. If one of your children has a wound in a leg and another child is in death bed, who will you attend to first? If you rightly attend to the child in the death bed, and if the other child keeps throwing tantrums, what will you do? Let's show sense of proportions and act. Dear Vinay,
So, you believe the episode you've referenced above (whether real or imaginary) is the biggest problem India faces today? Not the lakhs of crores of rupees of corruption and black money stashed away in foreign banks? Not the improved job opportunities and higher salaries we would have been able to secure for our people if we'd arrested corruption, which our politicians and higher bureaucrats are denying us today? And you believe those who got jobs due to reservation are the ones who cheat their organizations and the country, not the ones who got their jobs without reservation? Search your heart and you'll know you're overly biased in your approach. God save India! I'm not going to respond to any more of replies in this thread, as I'll then be abetting the digression. the money to fund the terrorisms activities are obtained through fake currency rackets and hawala channels.fake currency is being used extensively for terror operation.pakistans isi raises around rs.1800 crore annually to fund terror operation and a major chunk is through fake currency racket.around 28% of the currency in india is fake.the fake notes are printed in pakistan and then transferred to dubai and by hawala operators dumped into india.dubai ka don controls most of this racket. now how a common man is able to differentiate between real and fake currency notes.a common man when deposits money into his account the cashier at the bank stamps it as fake or counterfiet notes and if we argue they call police and we are suspected of printing those fake notes.what kind of law prevails in india and we call it as a democratic nation.what is left for the people.we the people. why the government is unable to stop fake currencies coming from the borders of pakistan and bangladesh because they know fake currencies can be used during election too. thanks jai hind……… |
