Today reservation system has become a controversial matter for all. The existing reservation policy are specially base on the cast system. If we have gone to the early stage, than it is noticed that the cast system were the reward of their own activities, for example any person who had great knowledge in all subject and excellence in wisdom he was rewarded as brahmin, any person who was interested in fighting or administration he was rewarded by classifying as khyatriya and as like as business for Sudra and low stage worker for boishya. At that time any person were classified in their respective cast on the basis of their hard work. Today in our country this cast system become too worse for our society which are now continuing on the basis of birth. In any types of function during introduction we ask firstly name to anyone. If he reply his name without title we eagerly ask his sure name, why ? By this existing system of castism based reservation many poor people adversely suffered. In many ground it is resulting to be changed his aims.
Due to this adversely affected policy we have to take service from 45% secured lower graded engineer, doctor than 85% brilliant person. Todays cast system should not be demolished but to be amended on the basis of economical basis. It will enhance our system
