Making the policemen aware & practice IAC

Hi,
We all know that a common man is more afraid of Police rather than theifs or anti social elements. To change this mentality, we need to work on certain agendas where the police force can sound loyal to the normal & innocent public(by staying away from mere bribes & responding well) at the same time should act appropriately on the politics backed criminals.
In current scenario, all the crimes are finally terminated under one shelter which is political backing and I beleive that its the police force which can break this link & make our society a fearless one.
I request all of you to write your ideas, comment & send it to the higher members who can make strategy & can come up with this cleanliness program.
Remember- CLEANLINESS is NEXT to GODLINESS. & Cleanliness is required in all facets of life.
