A politician is also a public servant. They need to be treated as other public servants. There should be a age limit to the entry & exit to honour the chair as minister.

This will encourage the innovatioin in the system as well as young blood will get chance and hopefully we can witness some good changes.

The retired peoples can be hired or designated as advisers for the departments but that too on some eligibility criteria. ex. No criminal records, Not found guilty under any circumstances for corruption by any report,etc.

So a humble request to the voice of public Team Anna to think upon it because all the team members are highly equipped with knowledge and experience.

I would like to point out that if once a person gets elected then for the next time he or any of his blood relative should not be allowed to contest for any elections atleast for the next 20 years.
