Selection of good candidate for election in 2014 is very simple: The candidate to be selected by this method:-

a) He/she should read & write Hindi English & local language of the constituency.

b) He/she should be intelligence & mature enough to understand sentiments of the people.

c) The candidate should know each Gali, Mohala/village by name of the constituency & problems of each mohalas / village in writing.

d) Minimum 2 or 3 interviews to be conducted during selection of same candidates

e) He/ she should present his income records for minimum last 5 to10 years.

f) He / she should resident of the constituency and should not be elected for the same constituency for more the once.

one point I want to make that after receiving all application for a single constituency,the selection must be done only on the true basis of local party worker's voting, that is not happening in many national parties so that victory may be more possible .

I feel above all these points we should keep the following points also:

1. Minimum qualification must be graduation. A copy of conduct certificate from college in which the candidate studied last.

2. Police clearence certificate.

3. Candidate should get reference from 4 eminent persons from different walks of life.

4. A selection panel at different levels.
