Need of party constitution

there is a need of well written party constitution so that the co-ordination and cooperation between the party leader and workers itself become so good that no one can easily attack on the party.
1) how members of party should be selected?
2) What post will be the most highest?
3) what will be the hierarchical status for national and state level for party ?
4) what fundamentals should be there to maintain Secularism,federalism, Nationlism etc. ?
5) what Voting mechanism will be there for every issue within the party and it should be in the reach of lowest party worker?
6) what will be the Selection procedure for party President?and it should be selected on the basis of voting within the party?
And there may be several articles and fundamental policies for a party that should also be discussed here so that no one can become dictator.
