Election procedure for electing better leader

There should be different values of different voters like
under Matriculate:- 01 point
Matriculate:- 02 points
Diploma/Graduate:- 03 points
Post Graduate:- 04 points
For electing better political Leaders.

If PM & CM be elected by public directly not by members then they can directly dependent on public not on members.Then they will hear the sound of public.

Eligibility cretaria for candidate -atleast graduate,their should be preliminary exam so tat you can judge their iq den written exam so tat you can know candidate knowledge about our political system,economy,international issue,social issue etc and after tat interview who is taken by anna n their team so tat they can know candidate morality and honesty.but all the potion has given diferent weitage as graduation 25 marks and preliminary exam 10marks writen 25 interview25 and 15 marks for one who do some job in social service

Leader should be one who thinks more about the welfare of the society.
The issue of corruption is a big issue which needs to be solved soon.
Our country wants something new to happen.
That person should be elected who is totally clean and having no criminal records.
There should be new political party because now the public is fedup from the old ones.
