Jo bhi candidate election fight karne k liye khada ho usko apni and apni puri family ki property disclose karni padegi......and after winning election candidate ko har 2 month me or ya 3 month me apni property disclose karni padegi...

1.The candidates should be educated...They must have atleast completed graduation

2.Also there should be an exam for selecting candidates based on their knowledge on varied subjects such as indian polity, economics etc

3.A system of referendum should be there.Right to recall to be there on constituency basis. If 5% of the constituencies people are not happy with the representatives work the political party has to change that candidate or else election to be held(in case of independent candidate..he has to resign).use of IT can reduce the cost of election

4.Values for voters on the basis of education..i.e one who is graduate should have more voting points than a matriculate person or an illeterate one

5.Yearly review of wealth of representatives should be done by lokayukta and on finding discrepancy the representative should be answerable and if not able to answer should be tried in court.Presently mere declaration is enough. No action is taken if discrepancy occurs.Action is taken only if govt changes or the person defects.Even at an instance a state govt has paid the pending tax of an ex CM when found guilty of mis proportionate wealth

6.I personally feel we should change to the presidential form of govt as it reduces the rat race of ministries and also corruption due to coalition dharma and also money power

1. The candidate should be educated. If not educated then should have shown leadership qualities and done remarkable social services in his/her locality without being biased to a certain group of the society.
2. Candidate should not have any past criminal records, if any then his candidature should be immediately cancelled.
3.Candidate applying for a portfolio should be very sound in that stream. For e.g. if any candidate applying for education ministry should be highly qualified (level of Phd, Master in any subject)
4. Candidate's past history of corruption should be checked strictly.Candidates have to declare their assets and also family/near relative assets before election and in every 2 months after being elected.
5. Any tender should be passed in front of the nation. That is in live news chennel or a TV channel should cover all such activities.24 by 7.
6. A committee should be formed to check corruption by other party members.Any person with any evidence like MMS footage or voice record of any person indulged in corruption should be awarded and identity to be kept confidential.Once the evidence is checked, the culprit should be sacked and penalized.
7. Courts should act to any case within 30 days and not more than that.
8. Young people should be given priority over old candidates.
9. If any minister found guilty, should not be given bail at any condition.Even medical bails to be banned.
10. Online voting system should be introduced as most of working people find it waste to go for voting.
11. All govt. projects/tenders except national security should be done infront of live camera and should be broadcasted to the whole nation.
12. Any minister giving tenders violating the rules should be sacked and all his assets to be siezed immediately.
