Exclamation Suggestions for LOK PAL BILL... Please take them seriously...

Aaj jis condition se humara system gujar rha hai usne hamari manowriti ko ek tarah se Karyapalika aur Vidhaika ke khilaf aur nyaypalika ke samarthan mein kar diya hai ..

Jab hum ek system formation ki baat karte hain to humein nirpeksh roop se chintan karna chahiye .....
Isliye Meri Filhaal 2 rai hain...............

1. Lok pal selection commitee mein P.M. avum Lok sabha speaker ko bhi shamil karna chahiye ..(kyunki pura selection process pardarshi hai isliye ve hamesha sakaratmak bhumika hi nibhane ko majboor honge).

2. Lok Paal ka selection bahut hi kathin prakriya dwara kiya ja rha hai..lekin uske hatane ki prakriya bs ek institute ke haath mein hai ye lok paal ko kamzor banayega...
Mere vichaar se usko hatane ki prakriya ke liye selection commitee ki tarz par ek Recall Commitee banayi jani chahiye aur uske dwara aavashyak prakriya puri karne ke baad recall hona chahiye ...
Recall commitee ka formation Supreme Court ke order par President Dwara kiya ja sakta hai

We must not allow government much elbow room. We must pressurize the government to accept the draft we have put forth. Else, we should show them that we mean business and that we would not let matter pass. The whole world is witnessing turbulence which can well be called a churning process for bringing in a new and corruption free environment. We will fail in our duty if we cannot force the government to agree to the draft of Lok Pal Bill.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PRESENT CORRUPTION AND WHO SHOULD REMOVE IT

Dear brothers, just blaming the Govt, Judiciary, Police and Administration is not going to help any way. We the forth pillar of Democracy are the most responsible and now it is the duty of us citizens to amend first of all our self to make the proposed Jan Lok Pal Bill/Lok Pal Bill of any use.

People among us are running the Govt,, Judiciary and Administration, and they can’t be neglected for a solid foundation. Let us say at least 30% of total members.

We must not shy away from our accountability and now responsibility. We must take the blame for the present day situation and should not be under the impression that all others are at fault except me.
If we keep on blaming only Government, Judiciary and Administration then to fulfil our ambition of Corruption free India is a distant thought and will take a lot of time.
Therefore in my opinion one member each from Ruling party, first two main opposition parties be also included in the selection committee.
Secondly the number of selection committee should be increased say 16 to 20 instead of 10 in a suitable proportion.
Thirdly and very important, the criteria for selection of Lok Pal should be such that at least 25 persons of present time may be eligible for that post. As the very strict criteria favouring a selected few may prove discontentment at this time. Which we can not afford as far as I am getting the feed.
I would like to conclude that we only have created this system and it is our duty to amend it without playing much of blame game. Our approach should be one of consensus rather than of confrontation, at least in the initial stage. We can resort to more powerful tools. Jai Hind.

Smile INDIA AGIANST CORRUPTIO/RIGHT TO RECALL/RIDE AGAINST CORRUPTION/...etc

Mr Paras Nath Singh, you are right in your opinion and this is a true fact. However I would like to add that a single body neither can do all the jobs nor could be entrusted with. Supreme Court did interven in that as well as in some other cases. For this the other three pillars of Democracy are equally responsible. The ruling party PM dared to support an unfair person or deed in the very first place, why ? One of the reason is that none of Executives protested and happily complied with the wrong orders. Secondly the most important pillar, we all citizens also not protested and the ruling party is rest assured that in the next elections also, they are going to win. We all again and again vote for them ?

In my opinion what so ever happened we all are responsible for that either due to ignorance or due to our own self interests !

Now the situation is definitely going to improve due to people like you who have come forward and making us aware of all these developments through various means including, India Against Corruption. To my surprise it is quite old forum and I too was ignorant of it. How pitiable the condition is you can judge by this statement of mine. I have been looking for like minded people and could not reach to any such forum for last 25 years and throughout this period felt all alone in my fight against any kind of exploitation, which is prevelant in our society.

And till majorty does not become aware of all your endeavers, the progress will be slow. Now you people have taken the initiative to spread the awareness through varios rallies at regular interval and also associating more and more people with you, the speed of materialising the reforms will also gear up. Let it be India Against Corruption or Right to Recall.

The call of the time is first to focus on awareness of general people regarding variou such forums and secondly comming together at a common plateform instead of fighting among yourself to implement or include the Right to recall in the Lok Pal Bill or vice-versa.

Till you various organisations and forums don't get united by sorting out your priorities/Aims/Ambitions etc.......the fight for equality and Viceless Society setup is a distant happening !!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you people are entangled more in prooving that your point is more valid and better one, you all are lossing maximum of your resources TO THE BEST INTERESTS OF CORRUPTION.

NO AMOUNT OF ENERGY SPENT BY ALL OF YOU TOGETHER IS GOING TO GET ANY SPEEDY RESULTS AND ALL OF US MAY HAVE TO WAIT EVEN FOR ANOTHER 50 OR 75 YEARS FOR A THING WHICH YOU CAN ACHIEVE WITHIN A PERIOD OF 2 TO 7 YEARS.

Choice rests with us all. Om Shanti

We all know There's Problem, and who so ever is responsible for this, the point is, its no more tolerable and we have to fix it.[b] How is the Question?
Jan Lokpal Bill as drafted is good enough to at least start with.

@Mr. Negi

I second your point of much needed awareness among the people or rather masses for that matter.

The foremost thing we need is the way/medium through which we can bring about this 'India Against Corruption' more in the light, which probably can be done by making it a part of our routines, probably through a Wrist Band, T-Shirts, Batches, Caps or something like that.

Secondly, If a particular documentary can be prepared and put on Social Websites like Facebook or Youtube.... that can really help as we can gather at least youth's attention with that.

Warm regards

@ tarun ji...
i agree with you for creating an awareness among people via sn sites.
sn sites are increasingly becoming popular in india, particularly among youths, who constitute a major proportion of indian population.
so it will prove very successful if we create awareness through social networking.
an example of it is anna hazare's step of inviting people to participate in his movement through SMS.it has become very sucessful and a substantial no of peple have joined anna and still counting........

This government lacks the will to tackle corruption

By refusing to accede to IAC demand for constituting a draft committee comprising of members from IAC the government has made it abundantly plain to all and sundry that it has absolutely to desire to contain or tackle corruption simply because it suits them and their ministers/officials. With the kind of language that the honourable Supreme Court has recently used against the government for its inaction in Black Money, no one is left in any doubt that this government has no will to do anything. Dr. MMS instead of seriously pondering on the matters of immediate concern is indulging in acts of dramatizing cricket as if that is going to solve the problem the nation is facing on corruption. This is being done just to deflect the attention of tamasha loving people. But he forgets that those who have taken up the cudgel are not going to be befuddled with all this dramatics. Corruption has become a serious malaise in our country and it needs to be tackled seriously.

Thumbs up

Thank you sir.
Here I have am idea to get the all black money which is always hidden . :-)the RBI should change the paper currency of the country . It must be done withn due date . A pool of experts must be choosed to perform the activities involved in it all over india. Its like a big project. The goverment can use the army for security purpose and the extra property possession will be identified and taken back with fine. Very difficult to think further but whole system will get a nice recharge.

Smile Great, but....

Dear Ajay,
The idea is great. But the problem is--we have a government that does not want to take on corruption. Don't you hear the rumbling voices of the concerned SC? It has been berating the government and government, instead of taking cognizance of what the Hon'ble SC has said, is engaging itself in cricket diplomacy (or should we call it dramatics?) that will subside once the event is past. It is therefore clear the government is not going to do any of these things. Baba Ramdev had already suggested to the prime minister that he should demonetize 1000/500 notes if he wanted to tackle the black money. Its obvious the government does not want to do any such things that will upset the likes of Ali Hasans, DMKs and so many of them lording over our country and emptying it of its treasures. You will have read in history that marauders, invaders from across the borders came plundering into India and divested it of its immense treasure! Now they are all settled within. They are right here...we have to banish them...we have to uproot them and we have to pack them off if we want to give a better environment to our children and the generation to follow. At least, that is what I feel. Thanks, nonetheless.

The HONG KONG way

It is said that Hong Kong was one of the the most corrupt country and in a short time they tackled this problem by using unique methods . It is suggested that the directors of anticorruption movement give their thought and also try to get this method adopted in our country too. And also educate Indian People to counteract the present feeling of hopelessness of an ordinary Indian to the problem of corruption and the compaign to tackle it =so that he may ponder and be reassured that it can be tackled in our country a la HONGKONG way
