Angry Are we slave in our own country.

1) why we cannot resign from the citizenship of an inefficient govrnment.
2) if we have a choice to vote then we shall have a right of stripping too or withdrawing our vote count. Or something like if 60% of population calls for a change then it must happen.
3) is p.m. Brhama's aulaad that he shall be kept out of all this or does he consider himself a god. But care must be taken in this otherwise every other day some crazy chap like me or opposition's agents would keep on troubling p.m. This again shall be moniterd by a committee comprising c.j.i., opposition leaders, and people like T. N. Seshan, kiran bedi etc.
4) a lokpal for the lokpal.
5) how to convert presidents office from a oldage home to a place with work and some power atleast.

5) how to convert presidents office from a oldage home to a place with work and some power atleast.
1) You are a citizen of the country, not of a government.
2) This is part of the electoral reform where we are seeking right to reject if there are no quality candidates in the list. We want this included in the voting rights.
3) The Janlokpal bill that the civil society is proposing includes PM/ higher judiciary/MPs. No question of treating PM any differently. There was a two hour long discussion on this very issue this evening on IndiaLive. You should have watched it to get answer to your queries.
4) There is adequate provision for checks and balances. We would not need lokpal for lokpal. If there is a complaint against the lokpal, Supreme Court is empowered to go into the complaints and if found guilty, Lokpal is removed. If you have any suggestion to give, please do so. Civil Society is open to suggestions; in fact, it is inviting suggestions.
5) Why bother president's office. You need something to show off, don't you?

Post Jan lok pal bill

There are already a bunch of laws against corruption. You report something about corruption no one takes it seriously. My question is

Who will manage or rectify the people managing this law if it gets approved?...

Does this law cover any kind of corruption or any illegal step take or approved by bench of people hearing the case?

What action will be taken against those and how will you rope in people who are actually managing the law once it is enforced?

What happens if the justice or the person looking into a corruption case himself or herself is corrupt?

The point is "how will this bill protect itself from corruption?"..

Call it impact of globalization

Yes, there is a plethora of laws. Legal remedies can be found for every act of corruption, every act of omission & commission. Law is not to be faulted for that because our politicians who are bankrupt of ideas find creation of yet another law an easy tool to hoodwink people. Just as they find it convenient to order an inquiry whenever something goes amiss. No one is keen to do something before things actually go amiss. Again, no one learns any lessons from the past mistakes, nor is interested to. This is because our administrative infrastructure has not kept pace with the rise in population. There are too few people to look after the ever burgeoning areas of governance that go gaping. You may call it impact of globalization as well. Earlier, at least governments pretended to have manpower to attend to various segments of governance. Today this pretension is also missing. The globalization mantra of making profit has led to outsourcing of things at an abnormal pace. Everyone seems to have outsourced everything. Loyalty and commitments are the immediate casualties. Efficiency has suffered for want of commitment and loyalty. Every segment of government suffers from manpower and training crisis. No one seems to know his/her job. You approach the highest authority of the land with a problem. He/she does nothing but passes on the thing to the next man who passes on to the another man down the line...this goes on until it reaches the lowest rung of power where it is allowed to rot or stagnate simply because the guy does not know what to do with it and there is no one to take any responsibility for it because it is no one's baby. The biggest paradox of our times is that while population of the world has increased, man has become progressively lonely. A look at your neighbourhood will amply demonstrate it.

This can be halted if there is recognition of these factors and corrective steps are taken. To achieve that end we have to eradicate this menace of corruption and black money. With the return of black money, we will be flush with fund which can be profitably invested in those areas where governance is lacking; and eradication/reduction of corruption will let people have more expendable money in their hands which in turn will improve the quality of their life. With improvement in quality of life, the environment itself will change for better and things will begin to fall in grooves.

Thnakyou sir for reverting back.
1) sir I too know that we are citizen of our country but these chosen ones consider it as their ancestral property and want us to be just dog or a slave.
2). It is good too seek a right to reject CANDIDATES you think are not suitable but what about those whom we've chosen and aren't performing efficiently.
3)&4). Every one must be answerable to someone.
1) You are a citizen of the country, not of a government.
2) This is part of the electoral reform where we are seeking right to reject if there are no quality candidates in the list. We want this included in the voting rights.

However its unfortunate That Mr Anna Hajare and His team wants to select Lokpal Head / Chief / Members by Parliament MP's or SC Judge's !!!

They have no trust on well educated Indian Youth.

They should have given choices to select them " Top 10 UPSC Candidates "...

or more rather than ministers or judges!!!

Indian Educated Youth

Its my personal opinion, that around more than 70 % of Us do not even bother to Vote, atleast people connected to me.

Reason being no hope of improvement in the political and currupt environment. I guess the option in the voting list for not voting is must..

Then this 70% has no right to complain about anything. But your data may be wrong because we have seen in the recent elections, the voting percentage has been well above 70%. So, what u are talking about. But if true, such people have absolutely no right to talk about anything. If you do not do your basic duty, don't talk of lofty things.

for whom?

Who are we to decide about ones right of speech.
Why the non voting people shouldn't complain. for whom shall they vote for pigs or dogs or these blood sucking disgusting filthy shameless mosquitoes. For our extremely sissy dishonorable MANmohan Singhji or Ram in india jinna in pakistan speaking Advani. This is not a personal attack on anyone but is there any sensible human to vote for.
