Private agencies under jurisdiction of Lokpal/Lokayukt

Most of the Govt Schemes are ultimetely executed by private agencies, mainly the Public Distribution System and Civil Construction Works. Corruption has become a common practice in these fields and has affected the masses of the country. There are certainly more such areas in which private agencies, companies or NGOs are involved in corruption, in implementing Govt Plans.

All such corrupt agencies/companies/NGOs should be brought under the purview of Lokpal/Lokayukt. Only then we can expect some FREEDOM from corruption.
