jan lokpal bill

1. lokpal should have sufficient rights to punish corrupt persons at certain level.
2. All cases related to MPs should be entertained by lokpal except their vote & openion in parliament.
3. There should be certain time limit to complete a case which should not be more than six months.
4. chief lokpal should not be a single person, it should be body containing more than two members having same powers.
5. Prime minister can be included under its scope but permission of parliament should be entertained.
